How long does a laptop or MacBook repair take?
Many repairs, such as batteries, keyboards and SSD upgrades, are done within 24 hours when parts are in stock. Screens and board-level repairs can take a few days, and we give you a time estimate with the quote.
Do you charge for diagnosis?
Workshop assessment starts from R340. If we come to you, the call-out is R650 and includes the inspection and a written quote. You approve the quote before we start any work.
Will I lose my data?
Most repairs do not affect your data. We still recommend a backup and can make one for you before a repair. Data recovery is available for failed drives.
Do you repair liquid-damaged devices?
Yes. Switch the device off, do not charge it and bring it in as soon as possible – the faster liquid damage is treated, the better the chance of a full recovery.
Do you offer on-site IT support for businesses?
Yes. We repair and support office computers, printers and networks on site across Gauteng and supply replacement equipment when needed.
